Bluestonex has recently been recognised by the software company SAP for their success working on a project with Brakes, a food distribution company that supplies fresh meat, produce and frozen foods to retailers, organisations and cafés across the UK.
Bluestonex have used SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP) alongside their own IP, Maextro, to assist Brakes and provide innovative solutions that accelerate internal business transformation projects and automate business processes. Bluestonex are resellers of SAP BTP who have applied the platform to their client, Brakes, in a unique and innovative way.
These innovations were particularly important to Brakes this year due to the challenges the company faced in the labour market post-pandemic, and Bluestonex have implemented changes that increase staff satisfaction, reduce churn and result in a happier and more engaged workforce.
Brakes have praised Bluestonex for their agility as well as the positive ongoing results of the project. SAP themselves have recognised the innovative approach that Bluestonex have taken to their work over the past year, awarding them the SAP UKI Partner Adoption Centre BTP Innovation Award in 2023.
Dan Barton, a co-founder of Bluestonex, has said: “It’s brilliant being recognised in this space, and hopefully we get across the message that we’re the partner that brings this expertise around BTP and the innovation and ideas that we have with some of our products.”
