Integra secures four public sector wins as organisations move away from eFinancials

Two local authorities and two NHS trusts have selected Integra’s financial management technology, with all four moving from OneAdvanced’s eFinancials platform as they look to modernise their finance systems.

Four public sector organisations have selected British finance technology provider Integra to replace their existing OneAdvanced eFinancials systems, marking a series of competitive wins across local government and the NHS.

The latest wins include Epping Forest District Council and Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust, alongside a second local authority and NHS trust whose names have yet to be announced.

The four organisations will join Integra’s community of more than 150 public sector organisations across the UK and Ireland, with the wins coming as the company marks 50 years of providing specialist finance technology to the public sector.Local Authorities

Epping Forest District Council and a second local authority have selected Integra to support their financial management operations, with both moving from OneAdvanced’s eFinancials system.

Integra will work with both councils on implementing their new systems, taking responsibility for extracting and migrating existing financial data and creating a seven-year archive of historic information. This will give finance teams continued access to records needed for audit, Freedom of Information and statutory reporting, while reducing the migration workload for their own teams.

Owen Sparks, Strategic Director (S151 Officer) at Epping Forest District Council, said, “We wanted a finance system that could meet the needs of the council, supported by a team with a good understanding of the public sector and the practicalities involved in moving from one system to another. Integra’s experience, together with its approach to managing the migration of our existing financial data, gave us confidence in our decision and we look forward to working with the team.”

New NHS Trusts

Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust and a second NHS trust have also selected Integra as part of a wider shared-service programme supporting financial management across NHS organisations.

Established in 2025 to support NHS trusts in the North of England, the shared service is expanding its reach across the country, with plans to extend its offering to local government.

By bringing organisations together on a common financial management platform, the programme aims to standardise processes, reduce duplication and create opportunities for greater automation, reporting and business intelligence.

Matt Longbottom, Project & Development Accountant and Finance Skills Development Lead at Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Trust, said: “Through the shared-service arrangement, Integra is our finance system of choice. It offers a modern, future-ready finance platform designed specifically for the public sector.

“Integra’s automation, reporting and AI capabilities will help reduce manual effort and support our long-term transformation goals.”

The four contracts form part of a wider period of new business for Integra, which has secured nine new customer wins over the past 12 months.

Alongside those already mentioned, they include the Independent Football Regulator, Northern Ireland Fire & Rescue Service, Wrightington, Wigan and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust.

Together, the wins span local government, the NHS, emergency services and regulation, reflecting the breadth of public sector organisations choosing Integra’s specialist financial management technology.

David Grigsby, Managing Director for Integra said, “It’s been a very positive period for us across both local government and the NHS. We’re also celebrating Integra’s 50th anniversary this year, and there’s something incredibly satisfying about marking that milestone while welcoming a new generation of customers.

“The decisions by these organisations to work with Integra are a real endorsement of our product, our people and the service we provide.

“What comes through strongly in our conversations with customers is that the technology itself is only one part of the decision. They also want to know what implementation will involve, how their data will be moved and what sort of support they’ll receive along the way.

“We take on much of that work ourselves, including extracting and loading financial data and creating an archive of historic information, which takes a considerable burden away from customers’ own teams.

“As public sector organisations look for ways to work more efficiently and collaboratively, we’re seeing growing interest in technology that can support both individual organisations and complex shared-service environments.”
